Our standard services include:

• Issuing the employment contract between the contractor and SDE (including a salary calculation example)
• Detailed explanation of the salary calculation example
• Application of necessary work- and residency permit
• Monthly timely salary administration and payment

In addition to the necessary administrative services we offer a wide variety of support. Please find below some examples:

Our potential contractors receive an example of an employment contract during the application process as well as a salary calculation, which is based on the rate (total cost rate) discussed with the client. This information package includes a documentation for our contractors, which gives detailed explanations as well.

As soon as a contract is signed, we start the search for appropriate accommodation. The contractor informs us about the needs and wishes, which will guide us in our search. This can be a hotel, bed-and-breakfast, a furnished or an unfurnished apartment. We have very good and longtime contacts to management companies offering accommodation.

It is important to us as SDE Team to meet all our contractors personally. Therefore, we invite all new contractors during the first weeks after the arrival to a welcome dinner.

On a regular basis, all our contractors are invited to special events. These include for example information workshops, summer barbecues, night sledge events and Christmas events.

Based on an active information policy, we aim to keep our contractors up to date regarding the change of the legislation in respect of social security, work-permits etc. An according information tool on our website is currently developed.

Due to our broad knowledge, we can offer our contractors in-house tax consulting and administration services. Swiss tax declarations - if filing is necessary - are filed at no additional cost.

As a unique service, we offer the use of our Smart car to our contractors at a low price.
